In line with the term that the world is facing right now, the 40th World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in 2010 is “Improve the State of the World: Rethink, Redesign, Rebuild”.
Driving the rethink at the 40th Annual Meeting will be the Network of Global Agenda Councils consisted of over 1,000 experts concerned in over 70 Councils produced to advanced solutions to the most critical disputes facing the world.
The current work of the Forums multinational Redesign Initiative (GRI), an unprecedented multistakeholder negotiation focusing on adapting systems and systems of international cooperation to the disputes of the 21st century, is the important discussion for the “rethink” part.
